1 g of shampoo contains 20 mg of ketoconazole.
NIZORAL Shampoo Operation
The imidazole derivative, an antifungal drug in the form of a topical formulation. It inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, which is necessary for building the fungal cell membrane, which causes changes in its permeability and leads to cell death. Ketoconazole acts on dermatophytes, yeasts (including Pityrosporum ovale) and dimorphic fungi. The absorption through the skin occurs only to a small extent. The drug does not penetrate into the blood and does not exert its systemic effect. Shampoo quickly removes pruritus and peeling of the skin, reduces oily hair and scalp. It exerts an antifungal effect for a few days after washing the hair.

Curative and preventive in scalp dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff dandruff.
NIZORAL Shampoo Dosage
Apply a small amount of NIZORAL Shampoo to the scalp, rub and leave for about 5 minutes, then rinse. In ordinary dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, the product is used curatively twice a week for 2-4 weeks; prophylactically once every 1-2 weeks. In dandruff dandruff: healing - once a day for 5 days; prophylactically before the summer period - once a day for the next 3 days.
